There's a cap on how many you can get per week (100), but as long as you haven't hit it, you earn three for a win and two for a loss.

I was aware of the cap limit, I was only in the 30's total when I posted this. It took a few more matches but I finally started getting Crucible marks. Thanks for the reply!
