Farm L24 strikes for engram's. Ran about 10 in an hour & a half the other night, about 35 engram's (including the ones from ranking cryptarch). 2 legendaries from strike, 1 legendary drop, 1 legendary in my mail from cryptarch rank up, and one of the blues turned out to be a legendary. I know there legendary drop rate isn't the same for everyone as my friend I was running with got zero out of all that but all you can do is farm and hope.

NP, keep this in mind though, I run with a group of friends, all our characters are L26-30 and we speed run so every strike is 10 minutes or less.
