Hopefully one day Bungie will implement a "Hadronic Essence Vendor" with a classy name (Jim, Frank, etc.) and I'll be able to spend my Hadronic Fortune

Pretty sure you can trade your class dismantle item to a vendor for vanguard marks and rep or something
