I think match making for VoG would make people more frustrated than not doing it. Especially with people either not having/not using mics or them not working in match making. VoG requires coordination and with out mics, you might get to the end boss, but beating him is unlikely.

Ok, thats true. But it won't take away the option for people to join friends/doing it how they were before. It just adds a way for others. Besides, a week or two aftermatching is added to VoG, most people will have learned the roles and will just slip into which ever one is needed.

All I can say is I want bungie to post videos of people trying to do VoG with no previous experience and no mics. HILARIOUS! my guess is the majority of people would quit opening the gate. I see no reason not to allow match making as it wolnt effect me as I have a group of friends that do the raid together.

Bu thats my point, without being able to do it, no one will be able to get experience at it. So if we're saying not to allow matchmaking because it will bring in people who don't know how to play, its kind of a vicious cycle. Those who don't have a friend group or don't konw about DestinyLFG won't be able to get any experience playing VoG, and won't be very good at it. Matchmaking will allow people to learn to play it with randoms, and as time progresses, more and more people will learn and be able to help VoG noobs learn it.
