Since you don't want a link. Here it is. At the very bottom there is updates on what Bungie is doing, looks like last update was yesterday.
BEE/FLY/LION errors can be caused by general disconnections between you and the various routes your traffic takes across the internet to get to Bungie. This includes packet loss or disconnections between your home network and Bungie (such as ISP saturation or general Internet congestion). It can even be caused by certain WiFi setups, faulty in-home wiring, or other issues that require on-site support or expert investigation.
Disconnects of this type can also be caused by bandwidth being claimed by other devices and applications. It may be necessary to avoid file-sharing, video streaming or other bandwidth intensive tasks on any device connected to your network while playing Destiny, including console applications that run in the background or in a window as you game.
If you hit this frequently, please follow the suggestions at http://bungie.net/networking to see if troubleshooting your setup, or switching from a wireless to a wired setup improves your experience.
During investigation, Bungie has seen users hitting these errors in geographic clusters in different places at different times. For example, we recently detected 25% packet loss from the UK at the same time a number of users located there saw errors. These Internet conditions usually pass quickly, and the errors often go away on their own when this happens.
If you have performed all of the troubleshooting steps called out above and are still hitting these errors, you may not be able to resolve this issue by changing your home network configuration. Bungie is carefully monitoring BEE, FLY, and LION issues preventing players from having a quality Destiny experience, and we are working very hard to investigate and address these issues. You can read about our ongoing progress below. Making this experience better for everybody is a top priority at Bungie.
[b]Recent updates on our investigations for users hitting repeated BEE/FLY/LION errors:
[10/3] We are investigating a change that will help us better identify and adapt to the player's connection to potentially reduce the number of disconnects due to this error.
[9/30] Our server-side configuration changes have shown a dramatic reduction in BEE/FLY/LION errors. Error reporting data shows a drop of 53% since our last update on the 25th. We are still exploring other methods of reducing the frequency of these errors.
[9/26] No major updates on our BEE/FLY/LION investigation, but we are continuing to work towards reducing how often players hit these errors.
[9/21] We made a configuration change today that reduced the number of BEE/FLY/LION errors by 50%. If you were hitting BEE/FLY/LION errors that made it hard to enjoy the game, please try again as your situation may have improved. We understand people are still hitting these issues so we will continue to work hard on this top priority issue to do whatever we can to improve the player experience.

Thank you Arbitor, I too have been experiencing this problem. Glad to know that I am not alone. What's frustrating to me is that it always seems to happen when I seem to be doing well in the game, lol. I am older gamer so my k/d ratio usually sucks on account of my slow reflexes. To it's credit this is the first game that seems to match me pretty good with players my skill, if I'm alone. Hope it gets better soon, getting very frustrated.

Edited by LUCEYGOOSE: 10/4/2014 9:58:44 PMNo problem, I understand. At least you know they are working on it and everytime it happens a report is sent to them. There are teams at Bungie, some for map packs DLC type stuff and other for connection type issues. So don't think because other things are coming out that they are forgetting about the other issues. Destiny servers are specific and quite a bit different from other games. So even though other games may work fine, there could be one small thing that is affecting your connection with the Destiny servers. When I had the problem I opened a few ports on my nat, after resetting both my router and doing a hard reset on my box and haven't had a single problem since then.
