sounds like they werent trying to win sounds like they were friends helping him with an exotic bounty, dunno if thats "illegal" or not though

It's boosting, then point of pvp is too earn kills not meet up with friend's and earn points like that. It's unfair to other players in my opinion

unfair maybe, but IF it falls within applied game mechanics then theres not much to be done

If you played Halo, you could also say that EXP boosting could fall within applied game mechanics. Obviously, that argument did not hold and so people were banned from earning EXP and were put under some form of monitoring. Not surprised if this is a bannable offense.

I've only seen guys doing it for the Thorn bounty. That shit is hard to accomplish on a normal cruicible match
