I doubt that Queen's wrath will be a one-time event. I ran some numbers and figured out it's impossible for me, where my Queen rank is now, to hit 3. No doubt there's other people in the same situation. Did manage to get the weapons, R1 shader, R1 emblem, and a regal-as--blam!- cape though, so I feel satisfied with the event overall.
