If you got the time and motivation, Winters Run.
Fastest time I completed with my 2 buddies is 8:39.
Average is about 10mins.
Just run straight through and ignore all the monsters until there's objectives that you must do.
I would suggest doing 10 first day, 10 the next day, and 5 for the other day.
For the lack of motivation, I did 10 the first, and 15 the second.
It gets really boring and tiring.
I guess my lack of motivation was because I didn't even care about the Bad Juju.
And if anyone else tells you another strike, take a look at my PvE strikes lol
Experience tells.

Devil's lair. Average time is a shade under 9:30, and Sepiks usually goes down before the second skiff arrives

Do you have to shoot anything before the room with the Archon Priest?

There is only 1 objective and that's to clear out 3 waves. That's all. Each wave takes about 1-3 minutes, depending on how fast you can kill. Once it done, just run straight to the boss. The problem with Devils Lair is, you have 2 objective. First clear 3 waves Second clear the spider tank Then you fight the big eye boss. And especially if you're trying to solo the strike on Devils Lair, it's a lot longer then Winters Run. I was in your position before, trying to find the fastest Strike. I'm saving you the trouble and time. Have fun.

My team would usually spend time in the tunnels and on the bikes, which would eat up a few minutes. As I just finished a VG Tiger, Winter's Run can be finished much more quickly than I thought with a group of like-minded individuals. I'm not a fan of Devil's Lair, even though I can solo it. The delay for the Trip-Mines and the Walker are just too long. Thanks for the info; I'm already putting it to good use.
