I was concidering putting that in there, but I don't really have a great solution to it. I don't think only the best players should get rewarded, but the way it is now, really don't seem fair. I got the Suros Regime after one of my bad cruicible games, but get nothing basically every time I do really good (Maybe the awesome handcannon Sir Isaac). 20 kills, 8.33 K/D = nothing. The worst is that you can get legendaries/exotics when you are joining 1 minute before the game is over. I don't think you should get any gear drops if you are not in the game from the start.
