Definitely leave legendary engrams the way they r in 24 strikes.. not everyone has friends on all the time to play lvl 28 strikes

I get what you are saying, but that will just mean it will take a bit longer to level up, and I think that's the way it should be. Also, I'm not saying remove them all the way, just slightly lower the drop rate. I don't know what the chances are, but seems to be pretty high to me. It does not take many legendaries to get to 26, so you can do the next playlist and the same for 28 To specify: I'm not saying the suggested new lvl 26/28 strike playlist should be like the nightfall or weekly heroic, just scaled up like the other strike playlists.

I'm a lvl 27 just sayin I can't run the weekly strike solo so I can only do lvl24 tiger strikes but I still want my drops... but i say definitely increase drop rate in weekly and nightfall cause that shits hard

If you're level 27, you could join for my hypothetical 26/28 strike playlists, and get increased chance of the legendaries ;-)
