Yup the absolute worst that we can't actually get a hold of Bungie directly! I've never really had an issue with other gaming companies so I'm not sure how easy it is to get a hold of them but the standard for any business of this size should be a robust costumer service. They can absolutely afford it. They are also just absolutely being lazy! I hate companies that there only customer support is a message saying go to the forums. They should be taking responsibility for their product. Because other companies do it is hardly a reason to do it as well.

Agreed. If this issue isn't resolved pretty quick (the game HAS been out for nearly a month now), I'm going to have to ask for a refund from Microsoft, which isn't going to be easy. I've never had reason to even THINK of going that route in the future, but my (our?) situation with Destiny right now isn't right, and they're not giving another option.
