Same thing happened to me! I had completed The Pocket Infinity Bounty and had collected the Insurmountable Skullfort Exotic Helmet. Not to mention get my Hunter to level 15 (second character). All that is lost.

I got my character up to level 20 over the weekend and now it dropped back down to level 10

Log out completely. (Shut down the game.) Wait about 5 minutes. Then log back in. That worked for me! Side note: This is NOT a good glitch to have in a game.

Problem is, I am not at home on the console. I think I'm just gonna log out for a bit
