Post in #Clans or #Community to find other people to play with, or in #Destiny to discuss Destiny related topics. You're on the Bungie app. They simply changed its name to attract more people. That doesn't authorize you or anyone else to post in the forums with nonsense. There's a forum just for Destiny. I recommend you check it out for better results.

Cool beans went there on the "Destiny app," description is be brave so I accually took a look in and didn't see much people wanting to play games or make friends.
