I agree that the zero shard thing is a bit douchey. I would have been happy with one per item. I stopped playing Queen's Wrath as soon as try announced this. But I won't spend my gaming time protesting by not playing. I don't have much free time outside of the two jobs I'm working.

They totally messed things up for PvE players, and have left us NOTHING to do that can be productive this weekend without doings dailies that are a disguised limit on obtaining materials. Our random drops were nerfed because we were advancing our characters... WTF?

That's getting fixed next week. And no one's stopping you from playing. But if you ruin other people's games to get at Bungie, that's a bit douchey too. People go on PvP to compete and test their skills against human opponents. Don't take it out on them.

It's a shooter. It had a short campaign. Everything else, like all shooters, is PvP and replaying the campaign.

Then find an old Halo disc, or Halo Reach is free for gold game for X-box 360 currently. Sorry about your luck if you are on PS3, and you should know not to buy a new console before any games come out for it regarding the ONE or PS4. Bottom line this game was marketed as an RPG with PvP after thoughts; they should make it that way.

I've never played a Halo either. I'm on the PS4. Personally, I'm enjoying the game. I don't like certain aspects of it, and I don't like the fact that they are charging the price of a new game for preplanned DLC, but Destiny is fun. And I've spent a lot of hours on it already. I'll probably spend many more.
