How olds your 360? There's a lot you have to take into account before doing anything on a 360 older then 3 years, or the slim and anything akin to it.

It got annoying having to install it all the time but now I can't even play its shitty, I shouldn't have done that cause it won't even run the game at all or read the content

My halo 4 slim acts up only with big games like gta 5 and destiny, while the 1 runs fine I say acts up because sometimes it loads way longer then it needs too, but from what you said in OP it sounds like a laser reader related issue.

But all my other games work fine and it only started doing this to destiny once I cleared my system cache and Gta works fine too cause I played that instead of destiny lol but its just shifty cause I love Destiny but now I can't even play it

That's really weird, I'd check the feedback forum see if this issue is prevalent on other 360 consoles
