Theres the opening. Then when you beat the templar on the left the column opens up and there is a chest (Only found Spirit bloom and greens in it) and the 2 in the gorgon room. And this is not speculation this is what we have actually found and I have seen with my own eyes. No speculation.

I only know of the one right inside, and the 2 in the Gorgons room

The other one is right after the Templar fight, in a large pillar (left side i believe) is a doorway-sized opening and a chest in it
