I highly suggest you find and look at the vex fragment cards. As well as the mysteries and legends cards. Those are really really good ones.

Edited by CookiesBeware: 9/25/2014 11:10:58 PMI couldn't tell you the exact locations, but I believe all the ghost fragments are from finding ghosts. Makes sense to me if they are. I would suggest looking around on Venus and Mars for the Vex Fragment ghosts(since that's where the Vex are) or looking up a guide to find the ghosts for those locations. Depending on your playstyle for which one you choose. I personally tried to find as many as I could in the first two weeks before looking up a guide.
