Soloable? Eh. Maybe with really dumbed down loot, surely you don't mean the same loot as a full raid? It does need to be added to matchmaker, along with nightfall and weekly heroics, though. There's absolutely no reason at least nightfall and weekly heroic shouldn't be matchmade.
