I never received this either. My brothers never came straight away it took about a week to appear, randomly. My emblem for being a Bungie member before 2013 came late too, so I'm half expecting it to just appear one day.

Fair enough, I was haha. I tweeted at them a few times and then I got it, not sure if that made the difference.

Tweets work better than on the forums. Most of the support workers are usually on Twitter it's easier to keep track.
