I probably hate you.
Take a quick scroll through the forums and you'll see endless titles of "Nerf this". "Nerf that", "0mg y dont pplZ play Lyke I do?", "where is my l00t!?" "I hate Bungie!"
Seriously if I had any kind of writing skills, I would write a two page essay on how much gamers are becoming pussies and deserve our stereotype of being social outcasts. If
you play this game more than you sleep, you lost the fight.
Just play the damn game and have fun and stop crying when you die in the crucible (Get Gud) or if you don't get shit from engrams. (It's all random) you're not special and you're adopted.

1 ReplyI agree with you to a point, but I take issue with putting all gamers under that umbrella. There are plenty of gamers that have families, jobs, hobbies, classes, social lives, pets...some have all of the above. I should know, I'm one of them.

5 RepliesYou did fine and I totally agree. Todays "gamers" are self centered and entitled to no end. We can thank our (the US) Govt for changing the rules for young kids. No one wins or loses at school sports, everyone gets a trophy so no kids feels bad.... you can't discipline your children anymore.... If the younger crowd doesn't get their way now a days, look out (because if "I" don't like something, you OWE me something for FREE!!!!). It's sad. The lack of common sense is another thing that drives me nuts, but then again everyone is an internet badass (though I wish they would pass laws making everyone post under their real names, it would be funny to see if things calm down at all).

I play the game and enjoy every bit of it and do not think anything is OP or needed of change. At the same time I play this way more then I should and my sleep habits have been shotguned in the face

2 RepliesI try to share my opinions in a little more polished manner than this... But he's not wrong. Forums should be discussing more than three things. (1. To cave or not to cave. 2. Where's my loot? 3. I suck and I'm blaming game mechanics) This forum is 90% these in various forms. Don't make a new thread about something that has 1000 threads already. There's more to talk about. Like weapon recommendations and opinions, ways to spec your character, raid character setups, tips and stories, etc.

Halo was considered a great, competitive multiplayer game because it was balanced. Destiny is not. You can realize this and enjoy it for what it is, while still lobbying for the balance needed to make it truly competitive.

I know what you mean. People crying about everything. Then they change the game so many times everything gets totally fubar. I have seen games destroyed by companies listening to a few babies.
