What device are you using for the mobile companion? Some older devices do not support 3D rendering. What browser are you using (what version?) The same thing is applied here.

Hi Spawn, Browsers tested are: IE9 + IE10 (win 7) and most current version of chrome. Phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 2 on Kit Kat 4.4.2 (same as my wife's Samsung Galaxy S3 which works for her character) Is there a bungie compatibility list anywhere? That'd honestly enough of a confirmation. It's just odd that my wife's phone, which is virtually the same as mine save for obvious differences, works just fine. Thanks for the reply as well.

Ok so, I'm trying to think what else it could be. Do you have the app moved to SD card? (My wife's is "out of the box app install" so to speak. On phone, not moved, 100mb cache max , 3d via wifi and mobile.) We have Verizon, not that I would expect carrier to play a part...
