Me and my roommate are have the exact same problems on xbox one... Can't Figure out how to fix this. Which is a real pain.

It is a huge pain! If it's cross console then I have to wonder if it's an issue with Bungie's servers. We have tried so many different things to try and fix it but without luck.

The only thing we have found that gives us a chance is to have someone else host a fireteam other than either of us. But obviously that means you need to have 1 other person which sucks because you have to piggyback off them. But it doesn't work 100% but greatly increases our chances of not getting kicked.

That's a really good idea, it made me realize that when we played with one of his clan members, neither of us got kicked....hmm you might be one to something! Thanks!
