It's been a while since I've had a 360, but in order to use content, it has to be redownloaded on the new console. Go into your settings, somewhere in your account there should be an "purchases" or something similar category, and as long as you're using the same gold account, you should be able to redownload it. If it's not there, search for the items in the Xbox store, find those specific items, and click purchase. When you do it should say you already own them and ask you to redownload now. Hope this helps
