I'd just like to tell you all a little story of a random L22 strike I just finished...
I'd only just hit 22. Like, a tentative, nubbish 22. Queued up for the L22 strike playlist, and got paired with two L23s on the Dust Palace. We blaze through to the end no problem, kicking metric -blam!-tons of ass. The second we hit the endbattle with the 3 Flayers, one guy ditches out on us. Leaving only a Titan and myself, a Gunslinger, to take on all 3 Flayers and their swarms of Legionaries and Colossuses (Colossi?). Game over, or at least a long, hard battle festooned with many deaths and revives, right? NOPE. The Titan died two or three times, and I didn't at all, and we not only won, but won easily. And then we danced.
The moral of this story? Hunters will -blam!- your shit all kinds of up, and make pretty damn good teammates.

Edited by sy2mj: 10/19/2014 9:41:05 PMDid you just compare a lvl 22 strike with the raid? Edit: Just realized that comment is like one month old. Trolled myself i guess.

then you realize the level 22 strikes are easy af
-
Well yea. And perfectly acceptable when you're level 22.
-
no still extremely easy at 22
-
Uh oh, we got a badass over here. Nothing wrong with doing 22s when you're 21/22.
-
i never said there was something wrong with it LOL i said you cant prove how effective hunters are and say they kick ass when your playing the easy content
-
The point wasn't that hunters are especially good or anything. It was a response to the the post about how Hunters are useless in strikes (no minimum difficulty mentioned in the OP). Regardless of which difficulty you're playing, they're just as effective as any other class.
-
clearly you have a reading disability because he said "why would anyone bring a hunter to a RAID?" not a strike. just so you know theres this thing in the game called a raid that takes 6 people and alotta teamwork its called the vault of glass i dont think youve ever heard of it
-
Oh, you're right! I guess I'd misread the post when I first responded. And I'm fully aware of what the raid is, thanks.
