Do a little bit of research before you clutter up the fourm. Microsoft is doing maintenance on all their multiplayer servers.

You're a clown. If you knew anything about server maintenance, you'd know it doesn't create a fail over of this nature. Especially on a platform with as many redundancies as the MS gaming network.
