Ok i had this also, i am on bt infinity so i opened internet explorer and it came up with a screen about initial setup click continue or somethin then keep going until it cones to parental controls, click " i dont want parental controls" then continue until it asks you to log into your account , dont log in, no need but close browser turn off console and back on again, destiny should no longer have turtle error, obviously this only works for bt as far as i know but there may be aimilar protocols for other service providers and/or routers
