i fixed my problem. it was my router. I had an older Belkin. They guy at the shop used to work for xbox call center, apparently Belkin doesn't work with xbox very well. I purchased the NetGear Nighthawk. it says for "gaming/streaming" and has a 1ghz dual core processor. played for hours on crucible and strikes with not a single error. Not sure if this is every ERROR CODE BEE but it was mine.
