Sounds like folks on your team are doing low damage. With a great team, you can get through them more painlessly.
Just checked your profile, you def need some better weapons. It helps.

Lol. Also very true. Of course, find a few friends that aren't low dmg. Since there's only three of you, if someone is slacking, that is about 33% of the teams output.
