My internet died while playing campaing on Destiny on the One. Now, with my internet working, it won't even take me to the loading screen. I'm playing on the disc, btw. I'm fairly certain it's not my fault. I feel like I wouldn't be having this issue if I wasn't forced to be connected to the internet to play the single player....

  • Maybe try cycling your power box on your xbox. Unplug everything, even the cord in the power box and wait 5 or 6 minutes. Or clear your cache. Weird that it's doing it with disc games.

  • Yeah, it's pretty inconvienient. Mine disconnects on a regular basis, I was hoping that wouldn't be a problem with mine. So far I'm good every time it does. Knock on wood lol. But I think it's something on their side. Their servers aren't necessarily the most stable. No error code?

  • Again, won't even take me to the title screen. It stays black screen with the buffering icon in the bottom left.

  • Hmm... there's a possibility of faulty coding in the discs and downloads too. Since its such a widespread issue... Any way you can go into the game store and exchange discs?

  • No error code. How does one clear a cache on the One? What good could unplugging the Xbox do?

  • If you unplug everything it basicly refreshes. But you literally have to unplug everything. Including the two power box cords. And I'm not sure. I'm on 360 and it's pretty easy, it's just in the storage list under system items. Maybe do some searching and you'll find it.
