So what you're saying is... everything is OP? If it is all OP, isn't everything balanced?
I find it funny that the game hasn't even been out for a week and people act as if they are so familiar with the game that they have the right perspective to judge its balance.

Edited by Madame Corbeau: 9/13/2014 6:21:58 PMNo, weapons with high fire rate don't deal the same damage as slower ones. Weapons still keep their individual impact/range/stability/reload stats, they just lose their attack modifiers. The attack modifier is basically a multiplier for a weapons damage. Remove that, and all weapons are essentially at level 0. That is how it works. Your impact still has an impact. Also, as Demonwarfare pointed out, you pretty much said everything is OP. You pointed out the Hunter, Titan, fusion rifles, shotguns, LMGS, scout rifles, sniper rifles(on some maps-whut?), pulse rifles. You're pretty much saying everything in the game is OP. I have also seen many threads complaining about the Warlock being OP. If we take your giant list of OP (practically every character/weapon) and combine it with all the other complaints on the forum, it would appear that EVERYTHING is OP. And just because you played a lot of the alpha and beta doesn't really qualify you to start complaining about balancing iffy things such as abilities. I'm certain when I say you have less than a week of actual crucible play time under your belt. The people that balanced and created this played it for MONTHS on end.

Theres no need to get upset this is all just a conversation. Also if 2 guns have the same damage and one has a faster fire rate it would logically make sense the higher fire rate gun would win. I dont see ur point there
