This is boosting (ie breaking a game mechanic to force it to spawn more enemies to override the RNG). The OP's method is farming. Big difference there. I'll quite happily farm and have done so in numerous MMO's (this isn't an MMO fyi). What I won't do is boost though. Farming is legit. Boosting is cheating. I am an Ethical Gamer.

What is the big deal about this I mean what is there to patch? You are killing the enemies aren't you I think that is what you are suppose to do, the only difference is you fail that part on purpose.

The big deal is that this is clearly an exploit you shouldn't be able to do this over and over like that its dam near cheat whilst the other method is simply taking advantage of a high spawn area and killing everything there

but the point is to kill the enemies which is being done it is not changing the drop rate. I still don't see the problem with killing the enemies then killing your self. People did in in Borderlands 2 kill pete then kill your self and repeat. Everybody has the same ability.

I am not trying to argue but I still don't understand how it breaks the game mechanics? (oh and fyi I am not planning on doing this just because I don't really care for that type of repetitive stuff)

You're basically a bus ng the fact the an enemy will spawn their by killing yourself over and over its not intended by the game for you to do this so its breaking the mechanics of the game it almost like cheating but not quite on the other hand taking advantage of an area with a high spawn rate is perfectly acceptable because that was intended get my point?

Yes well they can lower the drop rate, make it to where you can wipe only so many times etc

They should make it so that if your team dies 3 times then it kicks you to orbit. That would fix it, forcing the boosters into a reloading loop that would make it too slow to prosper.
