Golden chests scale with your level so leave them until you're max.

Golden chests? Im lv 20 and haven't seen any

There are normal chest with the green lights that give money and other junk but there are golden ones that give level and class armour or weapons. There ain't many Tis why you ain't seen them, get hunting.
