I got the similar problem 'cept mine doesn't restart mine just stops and stays there for 10-15 minutes till it says that the Xbox 360 is having trouble reading the disk and then right after it says that it says the disk is unreadable.

Something tells me there's an issue with some of the discs that went out; I've seen a lot of people complaining about similar issues and only had it work after attempting to install with a second/third disc.

I've tried installing it about four times and each time i would wipe the stuff that would install. But that still didn't work so I got a new one and then that one had the same problems, so I think your right and i just got two bad copies.

I have the same issue and spent an hour with Microsoft Chat support, who said to post on here and that people have gotten exchanges for download codes. But no one has responded to you all and you're solving it yourself by going back to the retailer. My retailer was Amazon, though, so I'd much rather get the download code in exchange. Guess I'm going to have to try and go through Activision...
