The codes are valide for all console platforms that are linked to your Bungie account. If you have both Xbox and PlayStation, you need to link both to your Bungie account in order to apply the codes to both platforms.

I typed in all the codes but I can't seen to find it in my inventory or anywhere, where are my rewards

Emblems can be picked up at the Special Orders stand next to the Postmaster. Shaders also there, but they are only usable from level 20. The rest of the codes are grimoire entries, I believe. The Vanguard Armory items, if you bought a game with that content, are usable from level 5 and can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster just down the top stairs to the hangar.
