I got all of mine. Best to be patient and just let the system sift through things. This has historically always been the case. I got my emblems 1-2 at a time until I had them all.

Gives me hope but I have changed my gamertag in the last couple years and I think it tool away my legendary status on forums I have been active sence 2007 on forums with this account. All I got was pathfider but I should have the forum emblems.
