Have they played a game of Destiny? In order to get into the clan they most first play. And your sure they aren't showing up on the roster?

They show up on the main members list, but not on the platform-specific clan page. The only people on there are myself and the other admin. The error code I keep getting when trying to approve their request is "657". Some of them may not have played a game yet, but I already let them know they have to first and some of the people who tried to join have definitely played a game already.
