DLC Armor/Weps?

Maybe Missing something, but did anyone get their Exclusive DLC items? The weapons/armor/ships? Or is that coming later?

The vanguard armorer is near the shipwrights (to your right as you appear in the tower). You need to be level 5 to buy the dlc gear though! John

I was able to pick up a bunch of stuff in game at the mail robot thingy in the tower. But I can figure out where the Vanguard Armor is.
