3am. I am in Toronto and Destiny will open for us at 12pm PST which is like Vancouver time 3 hours behind.

Because you are in a different time Zone. When it's 12pm in Vancouver it's 3am here. Vancouver is in the PST time zone. Ontario is EST time zone. Bungie will open servers at 12pm PST so that means it will be at 3AM EST TIME zone for us.
