Exactly. Thats when the server open for destiny there. While their not opened in central or eastern time yet

No.. 12am is 3am EST and that's exactly when the servers will be up for digital versions. Lol.. You won't get on even a second earlier then anyone else with the digital version because it all unlocks globally at the same exact time.
