AstroGaming. Though I am pretty sure all their headsets fall above your budget. But you might be able find a pair. Try looking at the A30s. Also some TurtleBeach headsets. I personally own a pair of Astro A40s with the mix amp. It is $50 above your budget. But they have amazing sound and are very comfortable. Might be worth looking into and raising your budget.
