I really hope there is that black out area where it's minimal vision apart from there eyes and gun fire it would be intense

Oh its quite possible! Just remember in the beta when the Hive appeared and it was nothing but pitch black. All you could see was the glowing claws and ominous green eyes of acolytes. So pumped for this game!
