If you manage to go faster than light (which you can't) you would start to move backwards in time.

My brains kinda mushy, yeah. As for the exact speed of light I couldn't tell you without pulling up Wikipedia but it's really fast. I do know that it's fast enough to where if you could reach the speed of light time would stop (relatively speaking).
