Those cartels pretty much run Mexico and most of Central America now. American gangs are no joke either. those guys do shit just as hard as ISIS. I saw one that -blam!-in decapitated -blam!- with machetes.

I know they are very dangerous and can be just as brutal but they would have a very difficult time taking down a group like ISIS which is only getting bigger and more influential.
