Who tried the Destiny Planet View? thoughts?

2 RepliesKeeps locking up for me. Tried Mars was through 24 views locked up. Restart tried Moon half way through locked up. Tried 5 times gave up.

1 ReplyIts pretty cool. I liked going learning thing about all the different enemies. To tell you the truth, I didnt really pay attention to this game until the beta so I didnt know much about it until recently. Now im hooked.

O started going through it but it was crashing and I kept clicking all pictures, and places to move to but it just kept blinking.

One of the reasons bungie is my favourite developers they go and do different things to get to you. It kinda reminds me of halo 3's Believe monument. God the memory's and feels.

Nifty little thing, especially the game info you could fish out from it, such as clues to some of the exotic weapons and a confirmation on the official names of the cabal and vex enemies.

Looked through all the content. Ended up using the map to move from point to point instead of their paths, which were annoying.

I liked it. It was pretty cool. Plus another emblem to add to my collection next to the Beta emblem and Limited Edition emblem. Speaking of which, I wonder what the Limited Edition emblem looks like. In my opinion the Planet View emblem looks cooler than the Beta Test emblem.

If all you knew about Destiny were the commercials from GameStop, the planet view brings all things Destiny together. After playing/viewing it all it introduces you to each class, enemy, and the total backstory in a matter of minutes. Even to those that have been paying attention it's an interesting collection of information. Nothing we don't already know, but the lore and pictures are worth looking at.

9 RepliesI tried it I did like it for all the information that was given. I believe that anyone who's starting a fireteam should check it out, cause a lot of people will try to fight the cabal straight up and not plan. They also drop a little hit on where to find the "THORN" a rare hand cannon if that's your thing or if your gonna be playing as A hunter. It's very informative hope everyone else likes it see you all on the battlefield Guardian's.
