If people actually donated then the water wouldn't be going to waste >.>

You can donate without wasting the water. No one says you have to throw a bucket of water over yourself and film it to donate.

That was my whole point :P The point of the challenge was that you either donated or poured water on yourself. Being a Californian, I'm very annoyed people wasted the water needlessly.

That was the initial point. Then people just poured water on themselves and donated anyway. Gotta love how people change around the challenges and stuff.
