You should move this to feedback.
I've only had the issue once or twice, and only when in an area with really bad internet.

Feedback, last I checked, was not a fitting place for this in any capacity. This is a notification and discussion for this website. The best place to signify that is the bungie tab. Not in a general feedback which covers primarily video games made by bungie. I'll hold off for now on moving it.
