Bungie never specifies what should be posted. And this topic [b]is[/b] #Offtopic. It's meant for Youtubers. These forums are a mess.

Had it been a ordinary YouTube channel, that would be correct. Had it been a general gaming one, it'd be #Gaming that would best fit. But as it is a Destiny focused channel, it should be in the appropriate forum for that. The Code of Conduct doesn't mention in which forum to post topics, but the forums exist for a reason, and the Ninjas often move threads when they're in the wrong forum.
