Okay so I don't understand why would the psn store say preload on the 7 but the people on east coast can't play till 3 cus the psn opens up the game during pacific time so is it true or what please help

That's the rumor. I'm in the same boat and not pleased about that. Some say other games have unlocked before pacific and eastern midnight but I have no experience in that. Very upsetting for Sony as many may cancel on east coast and order it from gamestop instead.

The times should be synonymous. I believe Bungie has said that when it's available to some, it'll be available to all. Server wise.
