I think you're looking at this wrong. They've already said that frequenting the same will pose different threats. Certain doors can't be unlocked right out the gate, so you'll have to go back to get to these areas. The game has vertical depth (if that makes sense to you), so I'm sure you'll get your respective full of the game.
