It occurs to me that the beard will be hard to implement in the current character customisation menu, (no unique slot for it) and this late in development they won't/can't overhaul the whole system to appease the bearded elite. So that begs the question - what slot does it get added to? Well the options are obviously: Face Hair Markings Both Face and Hair are in my opinion non-starters because Bungie need to either attach a beard to a current face or hair model, or create duplicates with/without beard. Then it gets further complicated with various beard styles. So the logical choice is to put them in the Markings section. This will then likely mean we're going to see texture based beards, goatees and stubble instead of big bushy man-beards, since everything in the markings section is simply a texture. However, I'm only second guessing this based on what's currently in the customisation menu, Bungie could and hopefully will surprise us! Thoughts?
